I purchased some a few years back. They don't always have them on the shelf. Like anything else, I had to wait for several weeks to get them in. I ordered through a machine shop where they had the cylinders bored 1.5 thousands over piston size and matched the rings.
As Miles said, the rings always come in a bit larger than spec. In fact the rings I ordered for my 67 Datsun pickup, had the next size up oil rings. If you are still in the "do it yourself" mode. Eastwood sells a ring grinding tool, works great.
