Hi Dean;
There is only one spring on each caliper which should be on the lower of the two brake pad pins.  From what you are saying the caliper may be binding on one or both of the caliper cylinder finger like springs.  (the parts manual identifies them as Spring Yoke).
One of the pistons in the cylinder could be stuck too, in which case the caliper would have to be disassembled.

Hi Thomas, what is the price on the vent window gaskets for the sedan? And do you have any dome lens covers for the Sedan?
