Hello all.
I am rebuilding the front struts and need new dust covers.
I see CMS has dust covers for cars up to 1018285 – but not for after this.
Mine is 1025678….
Just wondering if the ones from CMS will fit my struts.
Thanks.

71 N600 - front struts dust cover
Re: 71 N600 - front struts dust cover
My parts manual which covers all N 360's and 600's shows three different
dust covers #27, spring caps 26# and dampers #24/25. So, without
measurements, there could be a difference in the cir-clip placement and
thickness of the spring cap or dustcover. But what is different is that the
spring top plate #65 is not there until after the final damper which sits
between the spring and dust cover. (see the attached page) Even the
springs have different part numbers.
Best guess is that they will not fit.

Re: 71 N600 - front struts dust cover
Hello, when rebuilding my front struts, I found a Fiat dust cover that perfectly fits the front damper (correct inside diameter and height). The thing is that it replaces both the dust cover and the spring bumper (parts # 27 and 28 on the parts book front suspension schematic).
Unfortunatly, I can't remember any part number or reference... Sorry about that. Moreover, you may want to find original Honda parts ?
Hope my english is understandable...
